We provide all the essentials to keep your pet comfortable during their stay, so we kindly ask that you leave personal items, including bedding and toys, at home. This helps us maintain a clean and organized environment for all guests. If you’d like, a small, non-valuable item with your scent—like a worn T-shirt—may be allowed to help ease your pet’s transition. Please note that any personal items brought are at risk of being misplaced, so we recommend leaving anything irreplaceable at home.
Please bring a secure collar with a name tag. We provide clean bedding and bowls.

Yes, all breeds are welcome. We group dogs based on size, energy level, and temperament to ensure safe and enjoyable play.
We accept unaltered male dogs. Their participation in playgroups will be based on temperament. For females in heat, we prefer they not stay during their cycle. Special accommodations may be discussed by phone.
Your dog will rest in a cozy suite with a raised cot and soft bedding. We offer spacious options for larger breeds or multi-dog families.
We recommend that you feed your dog a minimum of 1 hour before Daycare to prevent bloat. Playing too soon after eating can cause bloat and it can be deadly. If your dog eats less than 1 hour before coming to daycare, please inform one of our team members for the safety and well-being of your pup.
Although we require the Bordetella vaccine, it’s important to know that canine cough is a common respiratory infection that many dogs will experience at some point in their lives. It can be caused by a variety of bacteria and viruses, and it spreads quickly through the air—especially in environments where dogs are close together. While the vaccine doesn’t prevent every strain, it offers the best protection available and typically reduces the severity and duration of symptoms if a dog does become infected.
While it may worry some pet parents, this is actually very normal. Just like humans, dogs often don’t sleep as deeply when they’re away from the comfort of their own bed. Being in a new environment—with different smells, sights, and lots of stimulation—can be exciting and tiring. After all the fun and activity, it’s completely natural for your pup to catch up on some much-needed rest once they’re home.
It’s not uncommon for some dogs to have mild diarrhea after returning home from a boarding stay. While this can be concerning for pet parents, it’s usually not due to illness. In most cases, the temporary digestive upset is caused by the excitement of being back in a familiar setting with their favorite people. This type of stress-related response typically resolves within 48 hours. However, if symptoms continue beyond that or are accompanied by signs like loss of appetite or not drinking, we recommend contacting your veterinarian for guidance.
Don’t worry—they’ve definitely been fed! It’s common for dogs to eat or drink a little less while staying in a new environment. With all the excitement and extra activity, your pup may work up a bigger appetite than usual. Once home, they might try to catch up on food and water quickly, but eating or drinking too fast can lead to an upset stomach. To help ease the transition, we recommend letting your dog rest first and offering ice cubes instead of a full bowl of water. Their appetite should return to normal soon after.
