Daycare Check-In Guide
Thank you for choosing Barking Acres Country Club for your dog’s daycare experience! Our goal is to provide a fun, enriching, and safe environment while you're away. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth drop-off and pick-up.
What to Bring
• Required Vaccinations:
- Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- Upload current vaccine records in the app or email them to info@barkingacresclub.com
• Medications (if needed during the day):
- All medications must be provided in original packaging with clear instructions
- Pill pockets or treats if needed for administration
• Food (optional):
- If your dog needs a midday meal, bring it in a labeled container or bag
• Please Do Not Bring:
- Beds, blankets, toys or other personal items. We provide clean, comfortable bedding and enrichment to ensure
safety and hygiene. Please do not bring toys, as they are not permitted for safety reasons. Additionally, we
recommend leaving any irreplaceable items at home to prevent the risk of loss.
Drop-Off Process
1. Arrival
- Drop-off hours are: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Use the designated daycare entrance or drop-off zone
2. Quick Check-In
- A staff member will greet you and take note of any special instructions for the day
- Regular Customers can do a no-contact check-in
While They Play
• Supervised group play and enrichment activities
• Midday rest/nap time
• Regular potty breaks and fresh water available at all times
• Optional services like grooming, bathing, or nail trim can be added on. If a bath is added, pick up will be between 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM to account for bathing time and drying.
Pick-Up Process
• Pick-up window: Anytime between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Please let us know if someone else is picking up your pet
