Dog Boarding Check-In Guide

What to Bring

• Required Vaccinations:

   - Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Canine Cough)

   - Upload current vaccine records in the app or email them to info@barkingacresclub.com

• Medications (if applicable):

   - Clearly labeled with dosage and instructions

   - Pill pockets or treats if needed for administration

• Food:
   - If you bring your own food: pre-measured in labeled bags or containers (We feed twice daily)

   - If you do not bring your own food, we will feed with Nutrisource Turkey & Rice

   - All treats welcomed.

• Please Do Not Bring:
    - Beds, blankets, toys or other personal items. We provide clean, comfortable bedding and enrichment to ensure

      safety and hygiene. Please do not bring toys, as they are not permitted for safety reasons. Additionally, we

      recommend leaving any irreplaceable items at home to prevent the risk of loss.

Check-In Process

1. Arrival
   - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
   - Check in time between the hours of: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2. Forms & Updates
  - Review and sign the boarding agreement
  - Confirm emergency contact and veterinary information
  - Provide any updates on health, behavior, or feeding

3. Pet Handoff
  - A team member will greet your pet and escort them to their suite
  - We’ll do a quick wellness check at drop-off

 

During Their Stay

• Daily wellness checks, playtime, and rest in a climate-controlled suite
• Optional add-ons: grooming, bathing, extra walks, or enrichment time
• Text/photo updates available as an additional add-on

 

Check-Out Process

• Pick-up hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Please schedule a day of Daycare if you need to pick up later than 11:00 AM. 
• Early or late check-outs may incur additional fees without notice.
